Textile Yarn: POY – FDY

• Compact spinning machine for POY-FDY-FOY-HOY for textile application, parallel and conventional spinning, suitable to produce:
  • Range of denier: from 30 to 500 final den for Polyester polymers
  • Range of denier: from 10 to 240 final den for Polyamide polymers
  • Suitable also for co-polyester polymers (PBT, PTT, etc.)
  • Standard and microfilament yarn (from 0,5 to 4 dpf)
  • Supermicrofilament yarn (0,3 dpf)
  • Dope dyed yarn with side extruder technology or traditional gravimetric system
  • Any kind of filament cross section: round, trilobal, octolobal, shaped, hollow fibre, etc.
  • Machine upgrade to produce mother yarn to be split to monofilament (20 and 30 Den)
  • Design in parallel spinning allows max. flexibility in producing POY-FOY-FDY yarn in same machine
    
    

Industrial Yarn: HT -  LS – HM

• Spin-draw machine for PES and PA suitable to produce industrial yarn (for technical application)
  • Range of denier from 70 to 3000 Den
  • Class 6 and Class 12 technology available
  • More than 9 gr/den tenacity available
  • Very low shrinkage yarn available
  • Modular one-floor concept for:
    • maximum flexibility in changing product
    • easy technology update
    • fast thread-in and easy handling

Suitable to produce dope dyed yarn with side extruder technology or traditional gravimetric system
